Our method of review may differ from other sites since we use 3 people to review each site.
If you wish your site to be reviewed by the team at Smuttly, please fill out the form below as such:

If your program will accept a single User/Pass for 2 IPs then submit only one User/Pass combination, if not we need 2 please.
Please allow one months access for us to review your site.
List of all the sites in your program you want reviewed. Please indicate the sites primary target niche
